1. Ordering
Placing an order with us
Browse our collections, review product details and complete your purchase directly through our website.

Finding Your Perfect Fit
Size charts are available for all of our products. All measurements are available in inches. Please do not rely on previous sizes worn in other brands. For Jeans measure your waist width and leg inseam and reference the size chart accordingly.

Payment methods
All major credit cards are accepted, if you wish to pay with any other method please kindly contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Custom Items
Your order will be made upon completion of payment. Once we receive confirmation of your order, we will begin preparations of your garment. Each piece will have unique details of the process and delivery times. The relevant information can be found on the product page.
Production timelines listed on each product page reflect the craftsmanship and finishing required for each selected piece.
Confirmation of your purchase
Once your purchase is complete clients will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours please contact us at hello@okiodenim.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Multiple Items
Feel free to order as many items as you desire.
Please note we cannot send more than two pairs of denim in one package. Orders with more than two items will be split into separate packages.
2. Order Status & Shipping
Order Preparation
Orders are generally processed within 3 - 7 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Please keep this in mind when purchasing your order and leave adequate time for processing and extra time for the shipment of your item. If your item has still not shipped after this time, please contact us at hello@okiodenim.com.
Modify or Cancel an order
If the item has not been processed or shipped we may be able to assist you with cancelling or amending your order. Please contact us with your query at hello@okiodenim.com and we will try our best to assist you.
Shipping & Delivery
We provide a personalized shipping link once confirmation of your order is received. Clients can use this link to keep track of their shipment throughout its delivery process.
We ask clients to be aware of your delivery times and present for the delivery of your items.
Any amendments regarding shipping need to be made with your courier. Please use the shipping link provided to contact your carrier to make arrangements or amendments to your delivery time.
Delivered but Not Received
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after successful delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please check our full shipping terms & conditions here.
Shipping Locations
We ship within the USA, Vietnam, and internationally. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us and we will assist you with completing your order.
3. Received goods
Returning an item

Return Time-Frame
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery and returned within 7 days of approval. Please note that returns received outside this window will not be processed.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of their item. Please keep your tracking information safe until your return is fully processed.
Assessment of Returns
All returned items are processed within 14 business days and undergo a thorough inspection, we appreciate your patience during this period. Please kindly note: our assessment of eligibility is final.
My order is not quite right
If you require any assistance with your order, please contact us at hello@okiodenim.com. Missing, incorrect or damaged orders must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Chargebacks
By placing an order, you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions, which are established to preserve the quality, integrity, and exclusivity of our collections.
Any chargeback initiated in violation of these terms will be formally disputed. OKIO reserves the right to restrict or permanently suspend purchasing privileges across all OKIO platforms worldwide.

4. Aftercare Service
Caring for Your Denim
Aftercare practices can significantly extend the life of your denim. To preserve your denim's structure, color and longevity please carefully follow the wash care guidelines provided with your purchase.

5. Client Assistance
Item out of stock?
If your desired piece is unavailable, please feel free to join our mailing list and email us at hello@okiodenim.com with your desired size and wash and we will notify you personally when the item comes into stock.
Gift Cards & Codes
Gift cards & Codes can be used at the time of purchase. Simply enter the code and redeem at checkout.
