Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accommodate a return/exchange within 15 days of order fulfillment. After you receive the return label, items must be shipped within 7 days to be eligible for the return/exchange. Any items received after the 7 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, with all of the tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot process any pants with animal hair attached.
We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchanges on goods that does not meet our return requirements.
In the event that labels or tags are removed from the product, or if products shows any signs of wear or stains, the item will no longer be eligible for a return/exchange. If such alterations are identified upon return, you will be required to cover any processing and shipping fees for the item to be sent back to you. Once you receive the shipping fee payment link (for the return of your item), payment must be made within 72 hours.
Our guidelines for Returns:
- Please return any items back to us in the original packaging. If for some reason the original packaging is not available, please use a packaging similar in weight and size for your return.

Please do not roll or scrunch the item up when packaging.
- Please make sure any items are returned in the same condition as you received them. With no stains, animal hairs, rips, tears or any signs of wear.
Upon receiving your item, please note that it will undergo a processing period. We kindly ask for your patience during this process, as all exchanges and returns require careful examination before we can proceed with a new exchange or refund. Allow us a timeframe of 7-10 business days from the receipt of your item to complete the return process. In busy periods such as holidays or sale periods this may be longer. Through the months of December - January the time frame will be extended up to 21 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund in 15 days.

If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
We are unable to accept returns on items purchased on pre-sale, custom made items, sale or clearance.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 15 days of order fulfillment. To begin your exchange, simply email us at hello@okiodenim.com to begin your exchange process. Exchanges are limited to one complimentary exchange after which shipping fees will apply to any additional exchanges.

International
Currently, we are unable to provide exchanges or returns for international orders. Also please be aware of any import taxes that may apply with international shipping with your order. We can not be responsible for any additional fees after shipment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-21 business days. The refund amount is subject to the reason for return and may be adjusted to account for any applicable shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your item is not eligible for a refund, you may be given an option to return the pants back to you at a nominal fee. Once you receive the shipping fee payment link (for the return of your item) payment must be made within 72 hours.
Return Items will only be stored for up to one week.
Inspection of Returned Items
If a customer returns an item claiming a defect, we will conduct a thorough inspection upon receipt of the item. If our inspection finds no defect or issue with the item, the customer will be notified. The following conditions will apply:
- The customer will be contacted to provide additional details or evidence of the claimed defect. This may include descriptions, photos, or videos of the issue encountered.
- If no defect is confirmed, the item will be returned to the customer. The customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.
By returning an item under a claim of defect, the customer agrees to this inspection process and the conditions outlined above.
Chargebacks
We do not support or accept the facilitation of chargebacks. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our clearly stated terms and conditions, which are designed to uphold the quality, integrity, and exclusivity of our collections.
All orders are subject to verification. Any attempt to dispute a transaction in violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and a permanent restriction from purchasing from OKIO worldwide. Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks will be contested with supporting evidence and addressed accordingly.
